Res 1788 - Transfer of Funds COUNCIL BILL NO. 2565 RESOLUTION NO. 1788 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF OPERATING CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATIONS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2004-05. WHEREAS, Oregon Revised Statutes 294.450 allows for the transfer of operating contingency appropriations within a fund to an existing appropriations category within the same fund during the year in which appropriations are made, and WHEREAS, a transfer of General Fund operating contingency appropriations is necessary to pay for a Police Scanner and transferring additional funds to the General CIP Fund to pay for increased costs associated with the Downtown Plaza project, now, therefore, THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
