Res 1020 - Ann Oper Assist Grnt - COUNCIL BILL NO. 1252 RESOLUTION NO. 1020 A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF OREGON, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL OPERATING ASSISTANCE GRANT AGREEMENT" FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY ADMINISTRATOR, AND DEPUTY RECORDER TO SIGN SUCH AGREEMENT. WHEREAS, the Cit~ of Woodburn has applied for operating assistance funds for F~scal Year 1990-91 under Section 18 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 (UMTA) , in the amount of $16,700 for Woodburn Transportation Serv~ces, and WHEREAS, the state of Oregon, Department of Transportation, Public Transit Division has approved our application for such funds, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City of Woodburn enter into an agreement with the State of oregon acting through its Public Transit Oivision to secure Federal funds through Section 18 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 (UMTA), for operating assistance during fiscal year 1990-91. Said agreement is attached hereto and by this referenced incorporated herein. Section 2.
