Res 1145 - PH Annex Arney Rd .... COUNCil Bill NO. 1423 RESOLUTION NO. 1145 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN. THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOllOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to ORS 222.120, 7:00 p,m. on October 12, 1992 is declared to be the time set for public hearing before the Woodburn City Council on whether the City of Woodburn shall annex that property described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto. Section 2. Pursuant to ORS 222,120, no election is required on this issue. Section 3.
