Res 1254 - 94-95 Salary Adjmts , COUNCIL BILL NO. 1573 RESOLUTION NO. 1254 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1994-95 NON-UNION EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION, INCLUDING SALARY AND BENEFIT ADJUSTMENT. WHEREAS, the 1994-95 budget for the City of Woodburn has been appropriated per Ordinance No. 2123, and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the pay plan and benefit compensation recommendation of the City Administrator as required by Rule 9 of the City's Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual; and WHEREAS, the City Council is obligated per Section 11 of the Woodburn City Charter to establish compensation for each City officer and employee; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The current salary range schedules for "Non-Union Employees," "Part-time/Seasonal Employees (hourly rate)," and "Management Employees" be increased by a cost-of-Iiving adjustment equivalent to 3.15% and this newly adjusted figure become the base salary schedule effective July 1, 1994, copies of which are attached for reference. Section 2.
