WHEREAS, Oregon Revised Statutes 294.450 allows the transfer of appropriations within a fund after the budget has been approved and during the year in which appropriations are made, now, therefore, THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
