Section 2. In the event the actual costs incurred by the City associated with the
processing of the application (including the costs associated with the purchase of an independent
appraisal) are likely, in the opinion of the City Administrator, to be in excess of $3,000, the City
Administrator may add such additional sums to the application fee as shelhe deems necessary to
compensate the City for the actual costs associated therewith said sums to be paid prior to
acceptance of the claim for filing.

Section 1. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2276, the claims processing fee for the submission
of claims under the 2000 amendment to Article I, Section 18 of the Oregon Constitution (Ballot
Measure 7) is hereby established at $3,000.
THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2276 provides that the City Council may
establish, by resolution, a claims processing fee for the submission of Ballot Measure 7 claims;
NOW, THEREFORE,
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 2276 adopting a claims processing
procedure under the 2000 amendment to Article I, Section 18 of the Oregon Constitution (Ballot
Measure 7); and
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CLAIMS PROCESSING FEE FOR BALLOT
MEASURE 7 CLAIMS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2276.
