Ord 2139 - League of Or Cit Serv COUNCIL BILL NO. 1606 ORDINANCE NO. 2139 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A LEAGUE OF OREGON CITIES TRUST GRANT RECEIVED DURING FISCAL YEAR APPROPRIATIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BENEFITS SERVICES 1994-95, MAKING WHEREAS, oregon Revised statutes 294.326 provides for the expenditure of grant funds transferred to a municipal corporation for a specific purpose, and WHEREAS, a grant has been received from the LOC Employees Benefit Services Trust for the purpose of funding a smoking/tobacco use cessation program for employees and eligible dependents under the Trust's health care program, now, therefore, THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: section 1. That the grant be accepted for its specific purpose, a copy of which is attached for reference. section 2. That appropriations be increased within the W.E.L.L. Health Program Fund for fiscal year 1994-95 as follows: REVENUES W.E.L.L. HEALTH PROGRAM FUND: EBS Grant $ 8.131 Total W.E.L.L. Health Program Revenue $ 8.131 ~XPENDITURES W.E.L.L. HEALTH PROGRAM FUND: Materials & Services - (Cessation program) $ 8.131 Total W.E.L.L. Health Program Appropriation $ 8.131 section 3.
