Ord 2067 - Supp Budget 91-92 . COUNCIL BILL NO. 1329 ORDINANCE NO. 2067 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the supplemental budget for fiscal year 1991-92, as approved by the Budget Committee, is hereby adopted as set forth below. as follows: Section 2. That the City Recorder shall certify the supplemental budget to the County Clerk and County Assessor of Marion County, Oregon, and shall file with the Department of Revenue, State of Oregon, a true copy of the supplemental budget as finally adopted in accordance with the Department of Revenue Administrative Rule OAR 150-294.480. Section 4. That if any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or portion of this ordinance for any reason shall be adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or portion of this ordinance directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment is rendered. Section 5. This ordinance being necessary for the public peace, health and safety, in that the supplemental budget for fiscal year 1991-92 needs to be adopted prior to the expenditure of funds, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor. /YI~~ /\/\ ~- 22-7/ Approved as to Form f /.
