Brief discussion was held regarding the status of the Pacific Northwest Development Company v. City of Woodburn, Marion County Circuit Court Case No. 90C-10275. The Council reconvened to special session at 5:04 p.m.. At 5:05 p.m., the Council met under the authority of ORS 192.660(1 )(a) to discuss consideration of employment of a City Administrator.
