CONVENED. The Council met in executive session at 7:02 p.m. with Mayor Kyser presiding.

The Council met under the authority of ORS 192.660(1)(h) with persons designated by the
governing body to consult with legal counsel with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to
be filed.
Attorney Stiles provided the Council with an updated report regarding the disposition of the
Grace Village property and the options available to the City following the most recent letter from
the State Department of Economic Development.
ADJOURNMENT.
The executive session adjourned at 7:48 p.m..
