CONVENED. The Council met in executive session at 8:43 p.m. with Mayor Kirksey presiding.

Mayor Kirksey reminded the Councilors, staff, and press that information discussed in executive
session is not to be discussed with the public.

(1) The first portion of the executive session was called under the authority of ORS 192.660(1)(e)
to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property
transactions.
(2) The second portion of the executive session was held under the authority of ORS
192.660(1)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with
regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
ADJOURNMENT.
The executive session adjourned at 9:15 p.m..
