The executive session was called under the authority of ORS 192.660(1)(h) consult with counsel
concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation
likely to be filed and under the authority of ORS 192.660(1)(0 to consider records that are exempt
from public inspection.
