to be discussed with the public.

The executive session was called under the following statutory authority:
I) To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to
current litigation or litigation likely to be filed pursuant to ORS 192.660(1 )(h);
2) To consider records that are exempt by law from public inspection pursuant to ORS 192.660(l)(f);
and
3) To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property
transactions pursuant to ORS 192.660(1 )( e)
ADJOURNMENT.
