Res. 2138 - Community Center Committee amendment to Res. 2136COUNCIL BILL NO. 3105 RESOLUTION NO. 2138 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2136, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY CENTER CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE; SPECIFYING OBJECTIVES; AND PROVIDING MEMBERSHIP COMPOSITION WHEREAS, on June 24, 2019, the City Council created a Community Center Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC); specifying objectives; and providing membership composition; and WHEREAS, the City Council appointed 13 members to the CAC at their August 12, 2019 meeting; and WHEREAS, the CAC resolution provides for a maximum of twelve (12) members; and WHEREAS, the desire now exists to expand the CAC to allow for up to twenty-two (22) members; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 7 of Resolution 2136 is amended to read: Section 7. Membership. The CAC will consist of up to twenty-two (22) community members, including the following: A. Between one (1) and two (2) members of the Woodburn City Council, including the Mayor B. One (1) representative of the Boys & Girls Club C. One (1) member of the Recreation & Park Board D. Between One (1) and two (2) members of the Woodburn Senior Center E.
