Councilors Cox and McCallum and citizen member Tom Romer currently serve on this subcommittee. Presently, a program application has been submitted that needs expedited review by the subcommittee. However, Councilor Cox is temporarily out of town and unavailable and Mr. Flomer has a conflict and has elected not to review this application. Therefore, it becomes necessary to appoint a temporary member to ensure the subcommittee has a quorum for review. Councilor Morris has graciously agreed to fill this temporary position for review of the present application and any future applications in which two regular members are unavailable.
