Res 09-01 - Adopt Budget 2009-10FILE MEMO
FROM: Mary Tennant ~~
City Recorder
DATE: July 13, 2009
SUBJECT: Clerical Correction to Urban Renewal Agency Resolution 09-01
On this date, received a telephone call from Leslie at the Marion County Assessor's Office
stating that she had been reviewing the UR-50 form submitted to the County on July 10, 1009
prior to processing document for 2009-10 tax rolls and found that in Section 2 of the Resolution,
sentence referring to "Total 2008-09 Urban Renewal Budget" should read "Total 2009-10 Urban
Renewal Budget". Since the rest of the document adopts the budget and levies taxes for Fiscal
Year 2009-10, she was just going to cross out 2008-09 and replace it with 2009-10 and requested
that I do the same.
It should be noted that the Resolution has been the same basic document over the last few years
and the numbers are updated annually. In this case, this particular number was not updated when
the draft Resolution was produced.
