What is current status of the PUD? Is the overall project still valid? 5 Statutory Development agreement Oregon Revised Statutes provide for Statutory Development Agreements, which: Require compliance with local regulations; Can specify when and what public improvements must be made; and Can be used as a mechanism to guide this development towards completion. 6 Statutory Development agreement The applicants are requesting a Statutory Development Agreement (SDA) for the Boones Crossing Planned Unit Development, Phases 3–6 This SDA would: Clarify the remaining public improvements; Clarify who is responsible for public improvements; Clarify conditioning of the PUD; Resolve ongoing disagreements and potential litigation; and Establish a timeline for buildout.
