The motion passed unanimously. 0:33 CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT City Administrator Derickson asked Community Relations Manager Gutierrez -Gomez to present the City Council with a piece of art that was given to the City from ICO. Community Relations Manager Gutierrez -Gomez explained that it was given in recognition of the Fiesta Mexican as the first Hispanic Oregon Tradition and added that the poster contains the art of Hampton Rodriguez and the design of Rodrigo Alvarez. 0:35 MAYOR AND COUNCIL REPORTS Councilor Veliz thanked Chief Ferraris and Community Relations Manager Gutierrez -Gomez for their efforts in educating the community on hate crimes and immigration. Mayor Figley stated that she attended Congressman Schrader's elected officials round -up and that it was a productive and informative event.
