Ord 1451COUNCIL BILL N0, 177 ORDINANCE N0,1451 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF THE COSTS OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF TIERRA LYNN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF WOOD - BURN, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1, That the portion of the cost of the improvement of Tierra Lynn Drive from a point approximately I00 feet north of James Street northerly to Mt.
