That Ordinance No. 1072, Section 5, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 5. (a) nog Licenses Required. It shall be unlawful for any person owning or keeping a dog within the City required to be licensed under subsection (a) above, to fail to fasten to a collar and to keep on such dog at all times when such dog is not in immediate possession of the licensee a metal tag to be supplied to licensee at the time of the issuance of the license.
