Ord 1569COUNCIL BILL N0. 361 ORDINANCE N0. 1569 AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE FUNDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Pursuant to C-Engrossed SB 11, adopted by the 197? legislative assembly, the city hereby elects to receive state revenues for the fiscal year 1977-78. Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the im- mediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
