Ord 1594COUNCIL BILL N0. 409 ORDINANCE N0. 1594 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 1370, DEALING WITH A SIGN CODE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1591 established a new sign code superseding the previous code, but inadvertently failed to repeal the previous code; now therefore, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOOD$URN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 13?0, involving a sign code has been superseded and the same is now repealed. Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
