Ord 1611COUNCIL BILL N0. 439 ORDINANCE N0. 1611 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1180, RELATING TO DRIVEWAYS. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1180 is amended to read: t'Section 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person to construct or install any service driveway across any sidewalk, parking strip, curb, or in or upon any part of any street, without first obtaining a permit from the Building Official. Any person desiring to construct or install a service driveway shall make application in writing to the Building Official; and such application shall state the location of the proposed service driveway, a description of the property to be served by such driveway, the kind or nature of business, if any, conducted upon such premises, the kind of material proposed to be used in the construction of such driveway, the width of the proposed driveway, and such other data and in- formation as the Building Official may require, before issuance of a permit. For such permit, the applicant therefor shall pay to the Building Official a fee of $10.00 for each commercial driveway and $5.00 for each private driveway, which shall by the Building Official be paid over to the City Recorder for the account of the general fund of the City." ,~ .~-:. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of Ordinance No. 1611, one of which said copies posted in the City Hall on the bulletin board adjacent to the entrance to the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling public; a second one of said copies posted on the Woodburn Public Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in full view of the traveling public; a third one of said copies posted on the Community Center bulletin board at 491 N. Third St., in full view of the traveling public; that all of said places are public places within the corporate limits of the City of Woodburn and all of said copies were posted on the 12th day of June 1978.
