Ord 1614COUNCIL BILL NO. 443 ORDINANCE N0. 1614 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1326, PRESCRIBING GENERAL OFFENSES. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1326 is amended to read: '°Section 6. Drinking in Public. No person shall drink or consume intoxicating liquor in a public place or in a motor vehicle in a public place. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit drinking of any intoxicating liquor in any estab- lishment wherein the same is sold for on-premise consumption under the laws of the State of Oregon." Section 2. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 1326 is amended to read: "Section 7. Loitering. No person shall loiter in or about a pub~Iic place frequented by children, including swimming pools, school bus stops, playgrounds and parks and public premises adjacent thereto, for the purpose of annoying, bothering or molesting children." Section 3. Section 8(4) of Ordinance No. 1326 is repealed. Section 4. Section 38 (a} of Ordinance No. 1326 is repealed. Section 5. Section 63(1} of Ordinance No. 1326 is amended to read: "(1) A violation of this ordinance shall be punish- able by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprison- ment not to exceed 90 days, or by both."
