Ord 1623COUNCIL BILL N0. 451 ORDINANCE N0. 1623 AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE FUNDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Pursuant to C-Engrossed SB 11, adopted by the 1977 legislative assembly, the City hereby elects to receive state revenues for the fiscal year 1978-79. Section 2.
