Ord 1668COUNCIL BILL N0. 512 ORDINANCE N0. 166$ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WOODBURN ORDINANCE COMPILATION 8-3 (ORDINANCE N0. 1267), SPECIFICALLY SECTION 6 THEREOF, RELATING TO EMPLOYER CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE COMPLIANCE. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ~~100DBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 6 of Woodburn Ordinance Compilation 8-3 (Ordinance No. 1267) is hereby deleted but the Section number is retained and a new text therefor is substituted as follows: "Certification of employees. All applicants and licensees shall certify that each o their employees complies with the requirements for applicants. and licensees provided in Section 5 of this Ordinance. Failure to so certify, or a certification that is false in any respect, is a violation of the Ordinance by the applicant or licensee." Section 2. The City Administrator or his designee is authorized to incorporate this amendment into the Ordinance to make a revised ordinance as an integrated whole. .- APPRQ~E.D.
