AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WOODBURN ORDINANCE COMPILATION 8-3
(ORDINANCE N0. 1267), SPECIFICALLY SECTION 6 THEREOF, RELATING
TO EMPLOYER CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE COMPLIANCE.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ~~100DBURN DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 6 of Woodburn Ordinance Compilation
8-3 (Ordinance No. 1267) is hereby deleted but the Section number
is retained and a new text therefor is substituted as follows:
"Certification of employees. All applicants and licensees
shall certify that each o their employees complies with
the requirements for applicants. and licensees provided in
Section 5 of this Ordinance. Failure to so certify, or
a certification that is false in any respect, is a violation
of the Ordinance by the applicant or licensee."
Section 2. The City Administrator or his designee is
authorized to incorporate this amendment into the Ordinance
to make a revised ordinance as an integrated whole.

I, BARNEY 0. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do
hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of
Ordinance No. 1668, one of which said copies posted in the
City Hall on the bulletin board adjacent to the entrance
to the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling
public; a second one of said copies posted on the Woodburn
Public Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in
full view of the traveling public; a third -one of said copies
posted on the Community Center bulletin board at 491 N. Third
Street, in full view of the traveling public; that all of
said places are public places within the corporate limits
of the City of Woodburn and all. of Said copies were posted
