Section 1, D, f~ n ,ions. The definitions of ordinance

public street upon the lawn, roadside planting strip or other
landscaping owned or otherwise lawfully possessed by another
party.
Section 3, Penalties,
1, 'violation of this ordinance is punishable

order restitution to the damaged party. In addition to a cite-
tion issued, any vehicle in violation of this ordinance may be
immediately impounded by a police officer.

which remains unclaimed for 3D days or more shall be disposed
of in accordance with the city's procedures for disposal of aban-

4, Proceeds from the disposal of impounded
vehicles shall be paid over to the general fund.

ordinance prior to the effective date of repeal of this ordinance.

I, BARNEY 0. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of woodburn, do
hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of
Ordinance No. 1695, one of which said copies posted in the
City Hall on the bulletin board adjacent to the entrance to
the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling public;
a second one of said copies posted on the ~toodburn Public
Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street; in full view
of the traveling public; a third one of said copies posted
on the Community Center bulletin board at 491 N. Third St.,
in full view of the traveling public; that all of said places
are public places within the corporate limits of the City
of woodburn and all of said copies were posted on the
14th day of February 1980.
