Ord 1696COUTdCIL BILL N0. 553 ORDINANCE N0. 1696 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 29, 30, 31, AND 32 AND ADDING SECTION' 36 - C.A.R.E. (CONSERVATION AND RENEWABLE ENERGY) HOUSING DISTRICT AND SECTION 37 - SITE PLAN REVIEW TO THE WOODBURN ZONING CODE, ORDI- NANCE N0. 1344. WHEREAS, the industrial districts in the zoning ordinance are in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan, and WHEREAS, the Common Council for the City of Woodburn deems it necessary to provide an energy conservation section to the zone code, and WHEREAS, the Common Council finds it advantageous for the City of Woodburn to have a site review procedure for commercial and industrial development, now therefore; THE COMMON COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF WOODBURN DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Sections 29, 30, 31, and 32 of Ordinance 1344 be, and the same is amended to read per attached "Exhibit A". Section 2. That Sections 36 and 37 be, and the same is added to Ordinance 1344 as per attached "Exhibit B".
