Ord 1700COUNCIL BILL N0. 561 ORDINANCE N0. 1700 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DONATIONS RECEIVED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1919-80, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFORE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Oregon Revised Statutes provide for the expenditure of donations transferred to a municipal corporation for specific purposes in the year of receipt, and WHEREAS, a donation has been received from the Rotary Club for the purpose of purchasing a microfilm viewer for the Woodburn Public Library, now, therefore, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section ]. That appropriations be established and increased as follows: nrc^niinr+r~ Library Fund: Library Donations $500.00 Total Library Fund $500.00 TOTAL RESOURCES $500.00 EXPENDITURES Library Fund: Capital Outlay $500.00 ~~. Total Library Fund $500.00 TOTAL EXPENDITURES ~5nn.nn Section Z. That the amounts as delineated in Section 1 are hereby authorized to be appropriated for their specific purpose. Section 3.
