ORDINANCE N0. 1737
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1664, AN ORDINANCE CREATING A LIBRARY BOARD,
CHANGING THE TERM OF BOARD MEMBERS FROM THREE TO FOUR YEARS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 1664 be amended to read:
"Section 2. TERM. The term of the Library Board members shall be four
years, staggered so that the terms of not more than two positions expire in the
same year."
