Ord 1738COUNCIL BILL N0. 610 ORDINANCE N0. ~~3$ AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1735 HARDCASTLE AVENUE FROM RM (MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO CR (COMMERCIAL RETAIL). WHEREAS, Woodburn Zoning Ordinance and the Woodburn Zoning Map made pursuant to said ordinance have heretofore established certain use zones or districts within the city of Woodburn; and WHEREAS, zone change proceedings have heretofore been had before the Woodburn Planning Commission and the Common Council in accordance with Chapter 16 of the Woodburn Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Woodburn deems this reclassification to be in the public interest and to be in satisfaction of a general public need and is in accord with the Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. The following described property within the City of Woodburn, Marion County, State of Oregon, is hereby reclassified from RM (Multi-Family Residential) to CR (Commercial Retail): Beginning on the South line of C. C. Cooley Donation Land Claim No. 41 in Township 5 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion County, Oregon, at a point which is 173.48 feet South 86045' East from the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 16021' Eost 220.52 feet; thence South 86045' East 75.0 feet; thence South 3 15' West 214.78 feet to the South line of said Claim No. 41; thence North 86045' West along the said South line, 125.0 feet to the place of beginning. Excepting therefrom the Southerly 30 feet as conveyed to Marion County. Oregon by deeds recorded August 20, 1964, Volume 590, Page 112, and Volume 590, Page 113, Marion County Records for road purposes. Page 1 - COUNCIL BILL N0. 610 ORDINANCE N0. ~~3$ Section 2. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of Ordinance No. 1738, on of which said copies posted in the City Hall on the bulletin board opposite the entrance to the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling public; a second one of said copies posted on the Woodburn Public Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in full view of the traveling public; a third one of said copies posted on the Community Center bulletin board at 491 N.
