AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT
TO BUT SOUTH OF WOODBURN CITY LIMITS AND WEST OF MEADOW PARK PHASE I
PL,~NNED UNIT DEVEIpPMENT.
WRF~REAS, certain property located South of Woodburn City Limits
and West of Meadow Park Planned Unit Development, shall properly be part
of the City of Woodburn; and
W~~REAS, Joe E. Walker Jr., Lewis R. Walker and John C. Hugill,
have expressed a desire to annex to the City and have petitioned the
City Council to do the same, and
WHEREAS, the tract of land is adjacent to the existing City
Limits and is inside Woodburn's Urban Growth Boundary, and
WHEREAS, the affected property is presently divided by the City
Limits and
WI-~REAS, Woodburn's Comprehensive Plan Map designates this area
for residential development upon annexation; now, therefore,
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO Y ORDAIN:
Section 1. The boundary change incorporates into the City of
Woodburn the following described 0.79 acre tract. The property is des-
cribed as that part of two parcels located in Section 18, Township 5
South, Range 1 West, Marion County, Oregon known by Tax Account numbers
43204-000 and 43206-000 that lie outside the City Limits of Woodburn.
Property is 0.79 acres more or less.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this ordinance when passed,
be transmitted to Marion County Ccxrmissioners for acknowledgement and
recording.

I, BARNEY 0. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do
hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of
Ordinance No. 1757, on of which said copies posted in the
City Ha11 on the bulletin board opposite the entrance to
the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling public:
a second one of said copies posted on the Woodburn Public
Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in full view
of the traveling public: a third one of said copies posted
on the Community Center bulletin board at 491 N. Third St.,
places are public places within the corporate limits of the
City of Woodburn and all of said copies were posted on the
