AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF STATE
HIGHWAY 99E AND SOUTH OF MILL CREEK PARK ADDITION AND MEADOW PARK
P.U.D. PHASE I, FROM EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) AND CR (COMMERCIAL
RETAIL} TO RS (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)AND RM (MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL}.
WHEREAS, The Woodburn Comprehensive Plan Map made pursuant
to said ordinance has heretofore established certain use zones
within the City of Woodburn, and
WHEREAS, zone change proceedings have heretofore been had
before the Woodburn Planning Commission and the Common Council in
accordance with Chapter 16 of the Woodburn Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Woodburn deems
this classification to be in the public interest and to be in satis-
faction of a general public need and is in accord with the Compre-
hensive Plan; now, therefore,
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. The following described property within the
City of Woodburn, Marion County, State of Oregon, is hereby reclassi-
fied from EFU (Exclusive Farm Use) and CR (Commercial Retail) to
RS (Single Family Residential} and RM (Multi -Family Residential}:
Parcel I (East): EFU and CR to RM
Beginning at an iron bar on the West line of the B. S. Bonney
Donation Land Claim No. 4? in Township 5 South, Range 1 West of
the Willamette Meridianb in Marion County, Oregon, which iron bar
is 901.56 feet North 11 00' East foom the Southwest corner of said
claim; and running thence North 11 00 East along said West line of
the B. S. Bonney Donation Land Claim, 1100.88 feet to an iron bolt
at the Northwest corner of the South one half of said claim, thence
East along the North line of the South one half of said claim,
2371.73 feet to an iron pipeoin the Westerly line, 600.00 feet to
an iron rod; the~}ce North 63 56' West 261,58 feet to an iron rod;
thence South 80"52' West 414.73 feet to an iron rod; thence South
07 29' West 350.46 feet to a point in a South line of that certain
tract of land conveyed to Lawrence J. Paradis and Marilyn V. Paradis
by deed recorded in Book 508, Page 187, Marion County Deed Records;

I, BARNEY 0. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do
hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of
Ordinance No. 1759, on of which said copies posted in the
City Hall on the bulletin board opposite the entrance to
the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling public:
a second one of said copies posted on the Woodburn Public
Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in full view
of the traveling public; a third one of said copies posted
on the Cor~nunity Center bulletin board at 491 N. Third St.,
places are public places within the corporate limits of the
City of Woodburn and all of said copies were posted on the
