Ord 1763f COUNCIL BILL N0. 648 ORDINANCE N0. 1763 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 285 SOUTH PACIFIC HIGHWAY FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL ON THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP WITH CONCURRENT ZONE CHANGE FROM RS [SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL] TO CG [COM~9ERCIAL GENERAL]. WHEREAS, the Woodburn Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map made pursuant to said ordinance heretofore established certain land uses within the City of Woodburn; and ~JHEREAS, Comprehensive Plan and Zone Map change proceedings have heretofore been had before the Woodburn Planning Commission and the Common Council in accordance with Chapter 16 of the ~Joodburn Zon- ing Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Woodburn deems this reclassification to be in the public interest and to be in satisfaction of a general public need and is in accord with the Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. The following described property within the City of Woodburn, Marion County, State of Oregon, is hereby reclassified from low density residential to commercial on the Comprehensive Plan Map wfith~~a concurrent Zone Change from RS [Sing1e Family Residential] to CG [Commercial General]: The Westerly 120 feet of the following described property be- ginning at the most Southerly corner of the John S. Zolotoff and Mary Zolotoff tract described in Volume 438, Page 264, Marion County Deed Records, said corner being 100.00 feet North 32° 28' East from the intersection of the Westerly line of the Pacific Highway and the South line of the North one-half of the Bradford S. Bonney Donation Land Claim No. 47 in Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion County, Oregon; thence North 66° 53' blest 469.66 feet; thence North 32° 28' East 371.07 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Zolotoff tract; thence South 60° 45' East 264.15 feet; thence South 32° 28' West 100.00 feet; thence South 60° 45' East 200.00 feet to the Westerly line of said Pacific Highway; thence South 32° 28' West 220.81 feet to the place of beginning and con- taining 3.22 acres. - 1 - r.
