Ord 1770COUNCIL BILL N0. 657 ORDINANCE NO, 1770 AN OPDINANCE ACCEPTING A DONATION RECEIVED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-82, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Oregon Revised Statutes provide for the expenditure of donations transferred to a municipal corporation far specific purposes in the fiscal year of receipt, and WHEREAS, a donation has been received from Woodburn State Bank far the purpose of purc~lasing furniture and fixtures for the Fire Department, now, therefore, ThE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF I~'OODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. That appropriations be established and increased as follows: General Fund Donation - Woodburn State Bank $ 500. Total General Fund $ 500. TOTAL REVENUES $ 500. EXPENDITURES General Fund - Fire Department Capital Outlay $ 500. Total General Fund $ 500. TOTAL EXPENDITURES ~ 5n~. Section 2. That the amounts delineated in Section 1 are hereby authorized to be appropriated for their specific purpose. Section 3. BURRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do hereby certify that I caused to be posted three copies of Ordinance No. 1770, one of which said copies posted in the City Hall on the bulletin board adjacent to the entrance to the Recorder's Office, in full view of the traveling public; a second one of said copies posted on the Woodburn Public Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in full view of the traveling public; a third one of said copies posted on the Woodburn Community Center bulletin board at 491 N.
