Ord 1778COUNCIL BILL N0. 670 ORDINANCE NO.ll78 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN A FUND DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-82, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Oregon Revised Statutes allow the transfer of appropriations within a given fund after the budget has been approved and during the year for which the appropriations are made, and WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer appropriations within various city funds to meet estimated expenditures within designated budget categories during the fiscal year 1981-82; now, therefore, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN: Section 1. That the following budget transfer of appropriations is hereby authorized: General Fund Transfer From: Materials & Services - Non Departmental $ 6,000 Transfer To: Materials & Services - City Hall Maint. $ 6,000 Section 2.
