ORDINANCE N0. 1792
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
IN THE WOODBURN PACKING COMPANY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WOODBURN,
OREGON.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN DO ORDAIN;
Section 1, That the section of public right-of-way
running south from Broadway Street to the railroad right-of-way,
and between Lot 4 Block 8, and Lot l Block 9, and known as
"C" Street according to the plat of Woodburn Packing Company
Addition to the City of Woodburn as recorded in Marion County
Records of Town Plats in Volume 2, Page 42, situated in Section 18,
Township 5 South Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Marion County,
Oregon, be vacated, and the same is no longer required for public
use and the public interest will be served by such vacation,

ORDINANCE NO. 1792
I, HARNEY 0. HUBRIS, Recorder of the City of Woodburn, do hereby
certify that I caused to be posted three copies of Ordinance No. 1192,
one of which said copies posted in City Hall on the bulletin board
adjacent to the entrance to the Recorder's Office, in full view of
of the traveling public; a second one of said copies posted on the
Woodburn Public Library bulletin board at 280 Garfield Street, in
full view of the traveling public; a third one of said copies
posted on the Woodburn Community Center bulletin board at 491 N.
Third St., in full view of the traveling public; that all of said
places are public places within the corporate limits of the City
of Woodburn and all of said copies were posted on the 15th
day of October , 1982.
