ORDINANCE N0. 1811
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF ORDINANCE N0. 1326,
AMENDING SECTION 63 OF ORDINANCE N0. 1326 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 1326 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 63. Penalties. Upon conviction of a violation of any
section of this ordnance, the person convicted of such violation
may be sentenced to pay a fine in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00,
or to imprisonment fora term not to exceed one year, or to both
such fine and imprisonment."
Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared
to exist and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the
Council and approval by the Mayor.
