Ord 1881COUNCIL BILL N0. 813 ORDINANCE N0. 1881 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DONATION RECEIVED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1984-85, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Oregon Revised Statutes provide for the expenditure of donations transferred to a municipal corporation for specific purposes in the year of receipt, and WHEREAS, a donation from the ~loadburn Eagles No. 3284 Auxi 1 i ary has been received for the purpose of purchasing large print library books for the elderly and visually handicapped, now, therefore, THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That appropriations be established and increased for fiscal year 1984-85 as follows: REVENUES LIBRARY FUND: Donation $200 Total Library Fund $200 TOTAL REVENUES $200 EXPENDITURES LIBRARY FUND: Materials & Services $200 Total Library Fund $200 TOTAL EXPENDITURES $200 Section 2. That the amounts outlined in Section l are hereby authorized to be appropriated for their specific purpose. Section 3.
