•Created sponsorship program & brochure
•Promoting sponsorship program by mailing brochure to business
members, newspaper article,
licensees, informing Chamber &
WAT
and personal contact
•Working with local financial institutions (MaPS, West Coast Bank) for
assistance at each money handling site at the event
•Researching mobile ATM options since cash only event

•Eligible candidates will be aged 16-18, currently enrolled in high
school or college, and bi-lingual in both English & Spanish
•Candidates evaluated according to their demonstrated
commitment to academics and community service
•Three key events related to the court:

Presentation –July 10
Coronation –Aug. 6

•Solicited proposals from three security firms; met on site to address
needs based on previous experience
•Repaired soccer field lighting

•First year actively recruiting volunteers
•Volunteer application now available
•Volunteer coordinator and on-site volunteer manager will
provide orientations and check-in
•Recruiting volunteers through HandsOnMid-Willamette
