Ord 1896COUNCIL BILL N0. 829 ORDINANCE N0. 189E AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1891 REGARDING LEVYING PRE-ASSESSMENTS FOR. THE IMPROVEMENT OF QUEEN CITY BOULEC7ARD FROM HARDCASTLE AVENUE INTO LEGION PARK APPROXIMATELY 550 FEET; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Woodburn City Council passed Ordinance No. 1891 levying pre-assessments for the improvement of Queen City Boulevard from Hardcastle Avenue into Legion Park approximately 550 feet; and WHEREAS, the City Council acted previously by Resolution No. 757 a.nd. Ordinance No„ 1883 to assess a particular piece of property owned by the City of Woodburn which would benefit by the improvement project; and WHEREAS, the said real property owned by the City of Woodburn was inadvertently omitted from Ordinance No. 1891; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds that Resolution. No, 757 and Ordinance No. 1883 refer specifically to that parcel of real property owned by the City of Woodburn which will benefit by the improvement of Queen City Boulevard. The Council finds that the City of Woodburn had notice that pr.e-assessment was to take place against said. real property. Section 2.
