Section 13, Severability. If any work, clause, phrase,
section, subsection, or other portion of this ordinance is found
invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the remainder
of the ordinance shall be given full effect.
Section 14. Ordinance Revealed. Ordinance No. 1654 is
