ORDINANCE N0. 2023
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 1977 (WHICH PROVIDED FOR INSTALLMENT
PAYMENTS OF DEVELOPMENT CONNECTION FEES) AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1977 provided for annual installment payments
of certain development connection fees; and
WHEREAS, the Noodburn City Council has determined that it
is in the best interest of the City of Woodburn to repeal said ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 1977 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor. _ ~j
