Ordinance 2026AEI. PACE ~i".Ia 3 B COUNCIL BILL N0. 1162 ORDINANCE N0. 2026 AN ORDINANCE VACATING FIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS ON THE PLAT OF THE NAZARENE PARK ADDITION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Woodburn City Council held a public hearing on June 12, 1989, and WHEREAS, the Woodburn City Council found that the five right-of-way easements in the plat of the Nazarene- Park Addition were no longer reouired for public use and the public interest would be served by the vacation, and WHEREAS, the Deputy City Recorder has issued a certificate stating that all city liens and taxes have been paid on the easements to be vacated and such certificate has been filed in the office of the City Recorder, NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.' The following described easements within the City of Woodburn, Marion County, Oregon are hereby vacated: (1) That 10.17 foot by 86.77 foot strip of land located between Lots 27 and 28, Block 6, Nazarene Park Sub- division. (2) That 10.11 foot by 86.47 foot strip of land located between Lot 1, Block 6, and Lot 22; Block 4, Nazarene Park Subdivision. (3) That 10.04 foot by 85.74 foot strip of land located bet~reen Lots 19 and 20, Block 4, Nazarene Park Subdi- vision. (4) That 10.01 foot by 92.73 foot strip of land located bet~reen Lot 1, Block 4, and Lot 10, Block 2, Nazarene Park Subdivision. (5) That 10.02 foot by 94.61 foot strip of land ~ocatPd between Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, Nazarene Park Subdivision.
