Res 1920 - Comp Sch Part-time/SeasonalCOUNCIL BILL NO. 2761 RESOLUTION NO. 1920 A RESOLUTION ESABLISHING THE COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN PART-TIME HOURLY AND SEASONAL EMPLOYEES. WHEREAS, the City Council is obligated per Section 11 of the Woodburn City Charter to establish compensation for each City officer and employee; and WHEREAS, the minimum wage paid to employees effective January 1 of each year is established by the State of Oregon; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to adopt a hourly rate schedule to maintain compliance with State law and maintain proper equity compensation between classifications; now, therefore, THE CITY OF WOODBURN RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The hourly rate schedule for Part -Time / Seasonal Employees (Exhibit A) is hereby adopted effective January 1, 2009, a copy of the exhibit is attached for reference.
