Ord 2443 - Planning Div Master FeeCOUNCIL BILL NO. 2733 ORDINANCE NO. 2443 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING PLANNING DIVISION FEES AND CHARGES FOR INCLUSION IN THE 2007-2008 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE AND REPEALING ALL PLANNING FEES AND CHARGES THAT ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THIS ORDINANCE WHEREAS, in September 1998, the Council adopted the first annual Master Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule was recently amended in March of 2008 for all fees except the Planning Division fees; and WHEREAS, the Council requested staff to further evaluate the Planning Division fees; and WHEREAS, the Planning division revised the planning fee schedule and presented it to Council on June 9, 2008; and WHEREAS, pursuant to ORS 294.160, at its meeting on June 23, 2008, the City Council provided an opportunity for interested persons to comment on the enactment of this Ordinance and its proposed planning fee increases, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The schedule of Planning fees and charges affixed and incorporated at Attachment "A" is hereby adopted by the City and shall be included in the 2007-2008 Master Fee Schedule. Section 2. All Planning fees and charges that are inconsistent with those contained in the attached schedule are hereby repealed.
