Ord 2414 - Supplemental Budget COUNCIL BILL NO. 2648 ORDINANCE NO. 2414 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006 - 2007 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Oregon State Statute 294.480 allows for the adoption of a supplemental budget during a fiscal year to meet changes in financial planning, and WHEREAS, the Notice of Supplemental Budget Hearing and Financial Summary was published in the Woodburn Independent on October 18,2006 as required under State budget law; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 23, 2006 to give citizens an opportunity to comment on the proposed 2006-2007 supplemental budget, now, therefore, THE CITY OF WOODBURN ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the supplemental budget for fiscal year 2006-2007 is hereby adopted as set forth below. Section 2. That if any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or portion of this ordinance for any reason shall be adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or portion of this ordinance directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment is rendered. Section 4.
