CONVENED The meeting convened at 5:04 p.m. with Chair Lonergan presiding.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Chair Lonergan entertained a motion to adjourn into executive session under the authority of ORS
192.660 (2)(e).
Motion: Schaub/Wilk... move into executive session under the authority of ORS 192.660 (2)(e).
The Motion passed with the following vote: Councilors Schaub, Cornwell, Wilk, Bravo, and Grijalva
voting "aye." [5-0]
The Council adjourned into executive session at 5:06 p.m. and reconvened at 5:48 p.m. Chair Lonergan
stated that no action was taken by the Council while in executive session.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion: Schaub/Wilk... move to adjourn.
The Motion passed with the following vote: Members Schaub, Grijalva, Cornwell, Bravo, and Wilk.

Chair Lonergan adjourned the meeting at 5:49 p.m.
