Motion: Schaub/Cantu... adopt the Consent Agenda.
The Motion passed with the following vote: Members Schaub, Grijalva, Cornwell, Bravo, Wilk, and
Cantu voting "aye." [6-0]
URG #2025.05—573 N. FRONT STREET I CUEVAS/MENDOZA
Economic Development Director Johnk provided a staff report.
Motion: Schaub/Wilk... approve the URG#2025.05 building improvements for 573 N. Front Street.
The Motion passed with the following vote: Members Schaub, Grijalva, Cornwell, Bravo, Wilk, and
Cantu voting"aye." [6-0]
URG #2025.06—607 N. FRONT STREET I FLOMER FURNITURE
Economic Development Director Johnk provided a staff report.
Motion: Schaub/Cantu... approve the building improvements URG#2025.06 for 607 N. Front Street
Flomer Furniture.
The Motion passed with the following vote: Members Schaub, Grijalva, Cornwell, Bravo, Wilk, and
Cantu voting "aye." [6-0]
