COUNCIL BILL NO. 3173 - A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THAT STOP SIGNS AND STOP PAVEMENT MARKINGS BE INSTALLED ON WILLOW AVENUE, NE STREET, JORY STREET, STEVEN STREET AND CAMAS STREET WHICH CONNECT TO WILLOW AVENUE AND WOODLAND AVENUE Carney introduced Council Bill No. 3173. City Recorder Pierson read the bill by title only since there were no objections from the Council. On roll call vote for final passage, the bill passed unanimously. Mayor Swenson declared Council Bill No. 3173 duly passed. Carney/Cornwell... approve and authorize the City Administrator to purchase two Cut-A-Way vehicles from Creative Bus Sales for $282,264 pursuant to the ODOT vehicle procurement program. The motion passed unanimously. CALL-UP FIG: PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION AND VARIANCE APPLICATION PACKAGE FOR 913 & 959 HARDCASTLE AVENUE (SUB 21-01 AND VAR 22-02) The Council declined to call this item up. CALL-UPBRIEFING: PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF A DESIGN VIEW APPLICATION FOR 185 W. HAYES STREET (DR 22-01) The Council declined to call this item up. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT The Assistant City Administrator had nothing to report. MAYOR AND COUNCIL REPORTS Councilor Swanson announced that Neighbors Serving Under-Sheltered Neighbors has received a grant to rebrand fair housing materials.
